To become a bérys wholesale partner, please complete the wholesale application form. We review every request individually to make sure bérys is a good fit for your location, customer base and sales channel.
Once approved, you will receive access to our B2B wholesale area where you can view wholesale packs, pricing and available stock.
bérys is built for premium locations where customers are looking for a refreshing, high-protein grab-and-go product.
We are especially interested in working with gyms, Pilates studios, cafés, hotels, bars, offices, concept stores, premium retailers and selected distributors.
Yes. Our minimum wholesale order value is 150 € net + shipping.
Yes. Batch 003 is available for selected wholesale partners as a preorder.
This allows approved partners to secure their allocation before the next batch arrives. Estimated wholesale shipping starts in late September.
bérys is currently in higher demand than we can produce. Larger packs help secure better availability at your location, reduce the risk of running out between batches and make shipping more efficient.
If bérys performs well at your location, a larger starting pack can also help avoid early stockouts and missed sales.
Wholesale shipping rates are separate from our regular online shop shipping rates.
Shipping depends on order size, weight and destination and is calculated at checkout. Starter Packs usually ship by parcel service, while larger wholesale packs may ship by small pallet.
For larger orders, multi-location orders or distribution requests, shipping may be quoted individually.
Yes. Wholesale orders include basic POS support to help customers understand and notice bérys at your location.
Depending on your order size and availability, this may include fridge stickers, counter cards, customer flyers and product education material.
Yes, we strongly recommend serving bérys cold.
bérys is designed as a refreshing clear protein soda and performs best from a fridge. Cold placement improves taste, visibility, impulse sales and repeat purchases.
