Shipping policy

Germany
Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days once they have been dispatched. Shipping costs 4.99€ for orders under 100€. Orders of 100€ or more ship free within Germany.

Europe
We currently ship to select European countries. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days once the order has been dispatched.

EU Zone 1: Shipping costs 9.99€ for orders under 150€. Orders of 150€ or more ship free.

EU Zone 2: Shipping costs 14.99€ for orders under 150€. Orders of 150€ or more ship free.

The applicable shipping zone and rate will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Large Orders
For larger orders over 20 kg, an additional heavy parcel surcharge of 4.99€ may apply. This helps us cover the higher handling and shipping costs for heavier parcels.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders follow the same shipping rates as one-time purchases. As a subscriber, your stock is reserved for upcoming deliveries, helping you keep your bérys routine running even when batches sell out quickly.

Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, please allow additional delivery time as indicated on the product page. Standard shipping timelines apply once the product has been dispatched.

General Information
All orders are shipped via insured parcel service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.
