We want you to feel confident when ordering bérys.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the last item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email to hello@drinkberys.com) before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. Please include your order number.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except for any extra costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. No restocking fee applies to a valid EU withdrawal.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. For food and beverage products, this means the cans must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
30-Day Return Policy & Money-Back Guarantee (beyond the statutory right)
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@drinkberys.com with your order number. If accepted, we'll send return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For voluntary returns under this 30-day policy (outside the statutory 14-day EU withdrawal), a restocking fee of 5% may apply. This fee never applies to a valid EU withdrawal, nor to items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, seriously damaged, leaking, open, unsafe to consume, or if you received the wrong item. Email hello@drinkberys.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right. In these cases, we cover the return costs.
Cosmetic can imperfections
We take great care to ensure every bérys order arrives in the best possible condition. However, as bérys is filled, packed, tray-packed, wrapped, palletised and shipped through automated production and logistics processes, minor cosmetic imperfections may occasionally occur.
This may include small dents, light scratches, slight marks, or minor visual differences on individual cans. These can happen during filling, packing, warehousing, pallet handling or transport and do not affect the safety, quality or taste of the product, as long as the can is sealed, not leaking, and otherwise intact.
Minor cosmetic imperfections are therefore not considered a defect and do not, on their own, qualify for a refund, replacement or return.
Of course, if your order arrives with serious damage, leaking cans, open packaging, or products that are no longer safe or suitable to consume, contact us immediately at hello@drinkberys.com with your order number and photos. We'll review the case and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original condition. We also cannot accept returns of gift cards or items sent back without first contacting us.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled until the order has been fulfilled. Once an order has entered fulfilment, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still use your EU right of withdrawal or our 30-day return policy after delivery.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at hello@drinkberys.com.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to return your eligible item and place a separate order once your return has been accepted.
